About Alexandra
Hi, I’m Alex! I’ve spent last 12 years supporting individuals in building healthier relationships with food as a Registered Dietitian, with a BS in Applied Health Science (Dietetics) from Indiana University. I’ve supported clients in corporate wellness and community health settings, always grounding guidance in science and real life. I’m a patient, curious partner in your journey, and when I’m not working I love trying new recipes, running, reading, and spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our dog.
Approach to care
I believe in care that is evidence-based, empathetic, and practical. I’ll work with you to understand your lived experience, your values, and your daily routines, then translate nutrition science into simple, sustainable steps. We will focus on behaviors and nourishment and set comfortable ways to measure progress that don't have to involve a scale. You’ll learn how to incorporate better nutrition habits into your daily routine, and I’ll be with you every step of the way toward lasting change that fits your life.
Your first session with Alexandra
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll start with a conversation about your relationship with food, your history, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll review current and past eating patterns and set short-term goals that feel feasible. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; this session is a collaborative exploration that lays a foundation for small, sustainable changes.
