Hi, I’m Alexandra (Alex)! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a passion for helping people feel their best through a realistic and holistic approach to nutrition. I believe food is more than just fuel, it’s also culture, enjoyment, connection, and love. Because of this, I don’t believe in strict diets or rigid rules. Instead, I focus on creating flexible, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle and reduce stress around food. What drives me most as a dietitian is seeing my clients feel more like themselves while being energized, confident, and free from the stress of dieting. I would be honored to walk alongside you in reaching your goals.

Your first session with Alexandra

Your first session is all about you. We’ll start with a relaxed conversation to get to know your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. There are no right or wrong answers, just a chance for me to understand what’s most important to you. Together, we’ll outline your priorities, talk through any challenges, and set realistic goals that fit your life. You’ll walk away with a few simple, personalized steps you can begin right away but nothing overwhelming or restrictive. Most importantly, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we’ll focus on building sustainable habits that help you feel your best. This session is the first step in creating a plan that works for you, not against you.
