About Alexandra

Hi there, my name is Alexandra. I am a bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, licensed in the states of Florida and Massachusetts. As a provider fluent in both English and Spanish, my mission is to help clients achieve their health goals by honoring their cultural food practices and creating a diet that is sustainable, practical, and achievable. I aim to provide the right tools and guidance to effectively manage your condition. I have experience working with clients across a wide range of conditions, including obesity, eating disorders, and various gastrointestinal issues. Outside of work, you’ll often find me practicing yoga, spending time with loved ones, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I'm proud of you for taking this important step toward better health, and I'm excited to support you on your journey!

Approach to care

I work with clients in English and Spanish, and my approach is centered around one core belief: nutrition should be realistic, culturally inclusive, and tailored to you. Whether you're navigating chronic conditions like obesity or diabetes, working through eating disorder recovery, or managing digestive issues, I’m here to guide you with compassion, science-based strategies, and culturally respectful care.

Your first session with Alexandra

Your first session is all about getting to know you. Here's what we'll cover: Comprehensive Health History We’ll discuss your medical background, labs, current symptoms, relationship with food, and any prior nutrition support you've received. Lifestyle & Eating Habits We'll explore your daily routines, cultural food preferences, cooking habits, stress levels, physical activity, and sleep patterns. Goal Setting Together, we’ll identify your goals—whether it's managing a condition, building a healthier relationship with food, or creating a realistic meal plan. Initial Recommendations You'll leave the first session with personalized guidance, a few action steps to get started, and an idea of what our ongoing work together might look like.
