About Alexandra

Hi, I’m Alexandra. I’m an RD and LD with five years of experience, based in Edmond, Oklahoma. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Central Oklahoma and have built my clinical and hospital experience along the way. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, practicing Pilates, playing tennis, traveling, or capturing moments with my camera. I love helping families and individuals find a path that fits their age, goals, and lifestyle. Let’s work together to make nutrition simple and enjoyable.

Approach to care

My care philosophy centers on evidence-based practice, empathy, and practical partnership. I blend current science with warm, nonjudgmental support to help you understand what works for your body and your life. We’ll move away from dieting culture and toward a weight-neutral, HAES inspired approach that emphasizes sustainable habits over quick fixes. I educate you so you feel confident making choices, and my guidance is direct and action-oriented, giving clear steps and a plan you can actually follow. Together, we’ll treat you as a whole person, balancing nutrition with sleep, stress, and daily routines.

Your first session with Alexandra

Our first appointment is a warm conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and dive into your relationship with food, goals, frustrations, and daily routines. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll take it step by step. We’ll establish 1–2 short-term goals and begin crafting a realistic meal plan that fits your life. We’ll also discuss long-term goals, lifestyle habits, and how to create sustainable changes that feel doable. I want you to feel supported, respected, and encouraged as we start this collaborative journey together.
