About Alexandria

Hi, I’m Alexandria (Allie) Kennebeck, MS, RD, LDN, CPT — a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics. My passion is helping people find that sweet spot where food feels both nourishing and joyful. I’ve worked with everyone from athletes chasing peak performance to families building healthy habits, and individuals navigating weight management, menopause, diabetes, or eating disorders. I believe food should never feel like punishment — it should fuel your body, fit your lifestyle, and leave room for the flavors you love most. My mission is to help you feel empowered, confident, and at peace with the way food supports your health, performance, and everyday life.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition is never “one-size-fits-all.” Every client brings a unique story, body, and set of goals — and my job is to meet you where you are. I take a whole-person approach, blending medical nutrition therapy with practical, real-life strategies that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Instead of focusing on rigid rules or restrictions, I work with you to uncover your personal “why” and create changes that feel sustainable, enjoyable, and meaningful. I use motivational interviewing to help you build confidence, navigate challenges, and celebrate wins along the way. Whether it’s managing a medical condition, improving performance, or healing your relationship with food, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with tools that last long after our sessions.

Your first session with Alexandria

Your first session with me is all about you — your goals, your story, and what’s most important in your life right now. We’ll start by talking through your health history, lifestyle, and relationship with food so I can get a full picture of how nutrition fits into your world. From there, we’ll work together to set clear, realistic goals that align with both your health needs and your personal values. I’ll share evidence-based guidance tailored specifically to you — whether that means navigating a medical condition, fueling for performance, or simply finding more peace and balance with food. Most importantly, our first session is not about judgment or restriction. It’s about starting a partnership, creating a safe space to ask questions, and walking away with practical steps you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, hopeful, and excited about the path forward.
