About Alexandria

Hi, I’m Alexandria, though I also go by Lexy. I earned my MS in Nutrition from Appalachian State University and am a Registered Dietitian, licensed as an LDN. I have one year of experience in community health, where I developed a strong focus on meeting individuals where they are and prioritizing education, consistency, and realistic, sustainable changes. In my free time, I enjoy sourdough baking, cooking, fitness, and traveling, and I love teaching children through church ministry. My goal is to bring warmth, compassion, and practical, real-world support to every session.

Approach to care

Care philosophy: I root my practice in evidence-based science, empathy, and partnership. I’ll meet you where you are and translate research into clear, doable steps you can fit into real life. I approach nutrition with a weight-neutral, HAES-inspired lens and a holistic view that includes sleep, mood, movement, and relationships. Education is at the heart of what I do, empowering you to make informed choices. Together we build sustainable habits that last far beyond the next appointment.

Your first session with Alexandria

Our first appointment is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on you. We’ll review labs, biometrics, and medical history, and begin identifying meaningful short-term goals. There’s no need to have everything figured out — we’ll take it one step at a time and prioritize what feels most important. I’ll provide practical next steps, and together we’ll choose one or two realistic goals to help you move forward with confidence.
