About Alexandria
Hi, Iâm Lexi! I believe that for every struggle, roadblock, or âIâve tried everythingâ moment, thereâs a solutionâand Iâm committed to helping you find it. I donât give up on people. I see potential in everyone, and my goal is to help you build the skills and confidence to see it in yourself too. My passion for healthy aging, sustainable weight loss, wellness, and performance nutrition comes from more than 15 years of personal experience. Iâve lived the processâmistakes, wins, plateaus, and breakthroughsâand I combine that real-life perspective with strong professional training to offer practical, realistic guidance. If youâre looking for an authentic coach who understands both the science and the human side of change, youâre in the right place.
Approach to care
I meet you where you areâbut I wonât leave you there. My approach blends compassion and accountability, comfort and challenge. I believe true progress happens when youâre supported and pushed just beyond your comfort zone. Thereâs no cookie-cutter plan here. Youâre in the driverâs seat, and Iâm your GPSâhelping you navigate obstacles, reroute when needed, and stay aligned with your goals. We focus on building habits, skills, and an identity that make healthy living feel natural and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming. Nutrition and lifestyle changes are dynamic, so we treat them like experiments. If something works, we keep it. If it doesnât, we adjust. This flexible, real-life approach is how we create results that actually last.
Your first session with Alexandria
Our first session is all about you. Weâll talk through your goals, whatâs worked for you before, and what hasnât. Iâll take time to understand your lifestyle, challenges, and experiences so we can create a plan that fits your real lifeânot a perfect one. Weâll also start uncovering your âwhy.â When things feel hard or frustrating (because yes, that happens), this becomes your anchor and the reason you keep showing up for yourself. By the end of the session, weâll outline a clear, realistic plan aligned with your short- and long-term goals so you leave feeling supported, motivated, and confident. Weâll typically meet weekly at first, then taper to bi-weekly or monthly after 4â8 weeks, depending on your needs. The goal is that you always feel supported. Feel free to bring lab work, medications or supplements (and doses), medical history, and your goals. Other than thatâcome as you are. I canât wait to get to know you and be part of your journey.
