About Alexandria

Hi, I’m Lexi! I believe that for every struggle, roadblock, or “I’ve tried everything” moment, there’s a solution—and I’m committed to helping you find it. I don’t give up on people. I see potential in everyone, and my goal is to help you build the skills and confidence to see it in yourself too. My passion for healthy aging, sustainable weight loss, wellness, and performance nutrition comes from more than 15 years of personal experience. I’ve lived the process—mistakes, wins, plateaus, and breakthroughs—and I combine that real-life perspective with strong professional training to offer practical, realistic guidance. If you’re looking for an authentic coach who understands both the science and the human side of change, you’re in the right place.

Approach to care

I meet you where you are—but I won’t leave you there. My approach blends compassion and accountability, comfort and challenge. I believe true progress happens when you’re supported and pushed just beyond your comfort zone. There’s no cookie-cutter plan here. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m your GPS—helping you navigate obstacles, reroute when needed, and stay aligned with your goals. We focus on building habits, skills, and an identity that make healthy living feel natural and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming. Nutrition and lifestyle changes are dynamic, so we treat them like experiments. If something works, we keep it. If it doesn’t, we adjust. This flexible, real-life approach is how we create results that actually last.

Your first session with Alexandria

Our first session is all about you. We’ll talk through your goals, what’s worked for you before, and what hasn’t. I’ll take time to understand your lifestyle, challenges, and experiences so we can create a plan that fits your real life—not a perfect one. We’ll also start uncovering your “why.” When things feel hard or frustrating (because yes, that happens), this becomes your anchor and the reason you keep showing up for yourself. By the end of the session, we’ll outline a clear, realistic plan aligned with your short- and long-term goals so you leave feeling supported, motivated, and confident. We’ll typically meet weekly at first, then taper to bi-weekly or monthly after 4–8 weeks, depending on your needs. The goal is that you always feel supported. Feel free to bring lab work, medications or supplements (and doses), medical history, and your goals. Other than that—come as you are. I can’t wait to get to know you and be part of your journey.
