About Alexis

I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals feel their best through personalized, evidence-based nutrition. I earned my Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Health Psychology and my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut, building a strong foundation in both nutrition science and sustainable behavior change. I specialize in fertility, maternal health, pediatric nutrition, and digestive disorders. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I support clients through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, infant feeding, and early childhood. I also have advanced training in the Low FODMAP diet through MONASH University to help manage IBS and other GI conditions. As a wife and mom of two, I understand the challenges of balancing nutrition with a busy life. I provide realistic, individualized care that fits your lifestyle.

Approach to care

I ground guidance in current evidence while keeping conversations compassionate and nonjudgmental. We’ll focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes, I look at the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement and daily routines, and I give clear, actionable steps we can test together. Education and accountability are part of every session so you understand why a change matters and how to make it last.

Your first session with Alexis

We’ll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics. I’ll help interpret results, hear about what’s working and what feels hard, and together we’ll set a couple of short-term goals you feel ready to try. We’ll leave with practical next steps, a plan that fits your life, and a clear sense of how we’ll follow up and adjust as needed.
