About Alexis

As a Performance Dietitian, my goal is to combine my past experiences with evidence-based practices to support the health and well-being of athletes and everyday people from all backgrounds. I view food as more than just fuel—it's something that brings people together, reflects our culture, and creates lasting memories. I aim to support you in your current season while also promoting long-term health that carries with you throughout the rest of your life.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition care is compassionate, flexible, and completely individualized. I believe that life happens, and your nutrition plan should be able to adapt with you without guilt, shame, or rigidity. I take the time to look at the full picture of who you are and what you’re navigating: your nutrition habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, training load, medical history, lifestyle demands, cultural background, and personal preferences. All of these pieces matter when creating a plan that truly fits you. Rather than focusing on restriction or taking things away, I emphasize adding nourishing habits that support your energy, performance, and overall well-being. The goal is always sustainable, long-lasting change, not quick fixes that leave you feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

Your first session with Alexis

We’ll start by getting to know each other and understanding what you hope to get out of the session. This helps me tailor our time together to your unique needs and goals. Depending on what we uncover, we may wrap up with a simple short-term goal to get you moving forward right away, or we may need a bit more time to gather information and fully understand your habits, lifestyle, and priorities before setting actionable steps. Either way, the session is designed to give you clarity, direction, and support so you can make meaningful progress.
