Hi there! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best through sustainable, realistic nutrition strategies. I believe healthy eating should be simple, enjoyable, and tailored to your unique lifestyle—not overwhelming or restrictive. Since becoming an RD, I’ve been deeply involved in nutrition education and research, and also hold a Master’s degree in Health Promotion.

Your first session with Alexis

Our first session is all about getting to know you. I want to hear your story—your lifestyle, your goals, and what a typical day looks like when it comes to food and wellness. We'll talk about your current eating habits, any health concerns or diagnoses, your medical and family history, and what’s motivated you to seek support now. I also love learning about your interests outside of nutrition—whether that’s cooking, fitness, travel, or simply what makes you feel good. We’ll dive into what’s worked for you in the past (and what hasn’t), so we can start building a personalized plan that feels doable and aligned with your goals. This session is a judgment-free space. My goal is to make you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step toward lasting, sustainable health—whatever that looks like for you.
