“My session with Alice was great. I immediately felt comfortable with answering her questions. We set 4 goals for the week. Looking forward to our next session.“

About Alice
Hi, I'm Alice, a Registered Dietitian based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 3 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and have worked in community health and WIC, helping guide parents in improving their family's overall nutrition. I’m passionate about meeting you where you are in your nutrition journey and finding solutions that work best for you. When I’m not seeing clients, I love spending time with my husband and three children and taking outdoor walks.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in evidence-based science, empathy, and education. I’ll work with you in a warm, nonjudgmental way to translate research into practical habits that fit your life. I prioritize sustainable change over quick fixes and I practice a weight-neutral, behavior-focused approach that respects your body and values. We’ll explore your relationship with food, mental and physical well-being, and everyday routines, so you feel informed, supported, and capable of lasting progress.
Your first session with Alice
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation designed to put you at ease. We'll review your medical history and current medications, take a deep dive into your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet — we’ll talk about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what we can try first. By the end, you’ll have a clear path forward and a sense of confidence in the steps ahead we’ll take together.
