Approach to care

The mission is to provide a dynamic message of hope, education and resources to assist you in understanding your treatments…to understand why certain medications, lifestyle suggestions, and/or medical devices are suggested and prescribed to optimize your care and improve your quality of life.

Your first session with Alicia

In your first nutrition counseling session, we will talk about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals. We will discuss detailed questions to better understand your needs. Together, we will identify priorities and realistic changes that fit your life. You’ll usually leave with a few practical recommendations or next steps, not a strict meal plan.
