You don’t have to navigate this alone—I’m here to help!

Approach to care

I believe that nutrition care should be tailored to the individual, reflecting their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. My approach integrates clinical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care. I focus on educating and empowering my clients to make sustainable dietary changes while addressing both physical symptoms and the emotional challenges that often accompany GI conditions. Together, we’ll create a practical, personalized plan to help you feel your best.

Your first session with Alicia

Our first session lays the foundation for your care. I’ll take time to understand your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals, while reviewing relevant labs or records. This session is collaborative, focusing on your concerns, answering questions, and creating a tailored plan to meet your needs. I value working with other healthcare professionals, such as GI specialists, to provide a comprehensive approach to your care. Together, we’ll develop effective, sustainable nutrition strategies to support your long-term health, ensuring you feel informed, supported, and confident.
