Hi, I’m Alicia, a registered dietitian and certified health and wellness coach. My goal is to meet you where you are, simplify nutrition, and help you build confidence in your choices without pressure or judgment. Outside of work, I enjoy weight training, hiking, gardening, and exploring local restaurants. Yes, dietitians eat too. I believe food should support both health and enjoyment, and that balance is essential for long-term success.

Approach to care

I take a supportive and realistic approach to nutrition, focusing on helping you understand the “why” so you can make choices that fit your life. As a certified health and wellness coach, I value collaboration, goal setting, and sustainable habit change. Whatever your goals are, we will work together to create a plan that feels achievable and supportive. I especially enjoy working with beginners and individuals who may feel overwhelmed by nutritional information or unsure where to start.

Your first session with Alicia

Your first session is focused on getting to know you. We will review your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. I will take time to understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and what support you are looking for now. Together, we will outline clear next steps and begin building a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your priorities. You do not need to have everything figured out before your appointment. My role is to help guide you through the process, one step at a time.
