About Alicia
Hello! I am Alicia Woll. In addition to being a registered dietitian, I am also a classically trained chef. Ever since I was a small child, my favorite part of each day has been the foods I am going to get to enjoy. I love to create recipes, plan meals, eat, and most importantly, to connect with people over a great meal. As I grew up and learned more about the world, I was able to observe the mixed messages that society gives us related to the impact that food has on your health. As your registered dietitian, I hope to help you navigate the pressures and misinformation that surround food. I will guide you towards choices that support your personal health goals and that you are able to happily follow in your daily life.
Approach to care
My approach to each client I work with is to collaboratively set small sustainable goals to help you achieve your healthy lifestyle. I like to approach health from an intuitive and holistic perspective, focusing on exercise, rest, stress management, and your relationship with food. Let’s work together to demystify the confusing and contradictory information surrounding food and diets to find what works best for you.
Your first session with Alicia
In your first session with me, we will take some time to get to know one another. I will ask you a variety of questions regarding your goals, current lifestyle, medical history, and the foods you love. We will discuss what your thoughts and feelings are towards food, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. We will then work together to find the best path forward for you to achieve your healthiest life yet.
