About Alina
My interest in nutrition and the way I practice today is deeply rooted in both my athletic background and the community in which I was raised. Growing up, medication was considered a last resort; food was used as medicine first. That philosophy shaped my earliest understanding of health and continues to guide my work. As a competitive athlete in my teens, I began to notice how directly my energy, focus, and performance were tied to how I fueled my body. When I experienced fatigue and physical symptoms during competition, I became determined to understand why. Learning how to nourish myself properly not only improved my performance, but also sparked a lasting curiosity about the science behind nutrition. Today, I bring that same curiosity and respect for the body into my practice, blending evidence-based nutrition with a belief that food should support both health and quality of life.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition is one of the most powerful tools to support health, performance, recovery, and longevity. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and education. I want every client to feel heard, respected, and empowered. Rather than rigid rules, I focus on helping you understand the “why” behind recommendations so you can make confident, informed decisions. My goal isn’t just to hand you a plan, it’s to create sustainable strategies that align with your lifestyle, culture, and goals. You are the expert in your lived experience. My role is to guide, support, and equip you with the science-backed tools to confidently take ownership of your health.
Your first session with Alina
Our first session is a conversation! We’ll talk about your health history, current concerns, goals, lifestyle, stress levels, and your relationship with food. I want to understand where you’re starting from and what matters most to you. You won’t be handed a generic meal plan and sent on your way. Instead, we’ll create a realistic, personalized plan together one that feels doable and supportive of your life as it actually exists. By the end of our first session, you can expect: A clear understanding of your next steps Practical strategies you can begin implementing right away Evidence-based guidance tailored specifically to you A plan for continued support and accountability Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered knowing you don’t have to navigate your health journey alone.
