With over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Iāve had the privilege of helping countless individuals achieve lasting success in their nutrition and wellness journeys. My passion lies in empowering people to fuel their bodies with confidence, make sustainable lifestyle changes, and reach their personal health goals. I believe that good nutrition is not about restriction, but about nourishment, balance, and joy in eating.

Our first session will be all about you. Iāll spend most of the time listeningālearning about your health background, food history, current concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve through our work together. This session helps me understand your story so we can create a plan that truly fits your needs. Youāll leave our first meeting with at least one meaningful, achievable action step that weāll craft together.
