About Alison
Hi! Iām Alison, a Korean-American Registered Dietitian with a masterās degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a background in Human Biology. I was born and raised in Southern California, and developed a passion for food, health, and nutrition. I am passionate about helping people build sustainable, balanced lifestyles through practical, evidence-based nutrition!
Approach to care
My approach focuses on providing realistic, personalized guidance tailored to your unique goals, preferences, and daily life. I believe that small, consistent changes can lead to lasting results. My goal is to make healthy eating approachable and achievable, while supporting each personās unique journey toward better health.
Your first session with Alison
During our first session, weāll take time to get to know each other and discuss your goals, lifestyle, and any health concerns or medical history that may impact your nutrition. Iāll ask questions to understand your eating habits, preferences, and daily routines so we can create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you. Together, weāll identify small, actionable steps to help you start building healthy habits right away. My goal is to make you feel supported, heard, and confident as we begin your nutrition journey.
