About Allana
Hello, Iâm Allana â a registered dietitian who believes nutrition should feel supportive, sustainable, and realistic for your everyday life. If youâre feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset, or frustrated that past plans havenât lasted, youâre not alone. Many of my patients come to me feeling unsure of what to eat, tired of starting over, or disconnected from their bodyâs cues. My role is to help you rebuild confidence with food and create habits that support your health without guilt, restriction, or burnout. I work with adults who want to feel better in their bodies, improve energy, support weight or health goals, and develop a healthier relationship with food â all in a way that actually fits their lifestyle.

Our first session is all about getting to know you. Weâll talk through your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing or have faced in the past. This is a safe space â no shame, no pressure, and no expectation to be âperfect.â From there, weâll identify realistic starting points and create a plan that feels supportive and manageable.
