About Allie

Hi, I'm Allie. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience, and I earned my BS in Dietetics from Brigham Young University. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings, practicing with an evidence-based, empathetic approach. My credentials include CNSC and RDN, which I carry with pride as I support every patient’s journey. Outside of work, I love running, strength training, travel, sports, and chasing my three boys. I believe you can be healthy at any size, I honor body autonomy, and I help people build a healthy relationship with food while pursuing weight goals if that’s right for them. I’m here to walk with you on the path to lasting change.

Approach to care

My care is grounded in current evidence and a genuine, collaborative approach. I’ll share science in clear terms and tailor recommendations to your life. I’m warm and nonjudgmental, and I’ll meet you where you are, offering practical guidance without pressure. We’ll focus on direct, actionable steps, accountability, and sustainable habits. I practice Health At Every Size and emphasize behaviors and well being over any number on a scale, while honoring the whole person, including physical, emotional, and social health. Education and partnership let you feel empowered to make informed choices that fit your values and goals.

Your first session with Allie

Our first appointment is a gentle, collaborative conversation. We'll review your medical history, together create a meal plan, and establish short-term goals. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll talk through your lifestyle and relationship with food and begin shaping a plan that fits you. You’ll leave with practical next steps and a clear sense of how we’ll work together toward lasting changes, all in a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported.
