About Allison
You can call me Ally! I am a registered dietitian who is passionate about all things science and nutrition. I also consider myself a continuous learner. When I am not counseling, I am furthering my nutrition education as well as fulfilling my other hobbies.
Approach to care
I approach all clients with encouragement and excitement. I like to keep clients accountable while using gentle counseling approaches to help them make change based on their overall goals. I want you to feel empowered as you take action, and there is no "one size fits" all when it comes to nutrition.
Your first session with Allison
You can expect to tell me a little about yourself and your experience with nutrition in the past. Typically, I will go through your health information with you, ask about your food habits and other pertinent information, and then we will discuss what you want to work on. Finally, we can start creating an action plan towards your personal goals!
