Allison believes that anyone seeking healthcare, regardless of body size, should be able to easily access compassionate care. Allison also utilizes principles of Intuitive Eating and the Plate-By-Plate approach to support you in developing a flexible and peaceful relationship with food. Your first session with Allison

During your first session, Allison will spend time getting to know you and learning more about your goals & aspirations relating to food, nutrition, and body image. Together, you & Allison will explore your current relationship with food, your history of eating concerns, and how these concerns impact your day-to-day life.
