About Allison

Hi, I’m Allie-- bringing balance back to eating, movement, and feeling your best! I have been a dietitian for over 5 years & believe that nutrition should feel supportive, encouraging, empowering, FUN, and genuinely doable—never restrictive or overwhelming. My goal is to help you fuel your life with confidence and balance to lead a healthier, stronger, and more confident you. My background spans bariatric and medical weight loss/management, sports nutrition, and inpatient clinical care for diabetes, cardiac disease, renal disease, and critical care. That means I understand the full picture—how food affects your metabolism, hormones, training performance, but also your labs, medications, mental health, and overall long-term health. I take the time to explain things clearly, check in often, and make sure you always feel heard. My patients trust me because I meet them exactly where they are, without judgment, and I’m fully invested in their success.

Approach to care

My approach to care is nutrition with a little science, and a lot of real life!!! I strive to combine evidence-based nutrition with a realistic approach. Let's discuss current trends, diet fads, etc & dispel myths together!! I'm here for it all :D Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your goals—whether that’s sustainable weight loss, nutrition and GLP-1s, bariatric surgery, building strength for the gym, running/walking further, creating habits for consistency, improving blood sugar, cooking/meal prep, supporting heart or kidney health, or simply just feeling better day to day. I don’t believe in "quick fixes", apple cider vinegar, or ā€œclean eating.ā€ Instead, I focus on small, realistic changes that build confidence and momentum. I want you to leave each session feeling encouraged, capable, and clear on your next steps. I am here to show you how real food, real life, and real results happen!

Your first session with Allison

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you-- your routines, goals, challenges, and what 'healthy' looks like for your real, everyday life. I will get pertinent medical history as well and baseline information. We will together build a plan which supports YOU. Whether you’re navigating a chronic condition, training hard in the gym, or working toward weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way, I’m here to support you!
