About Allison

Hi, I’m Allison! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 14 years of experience in outpatient, hospital/ in-patient, community, virtual, and long-term care settings. I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Being able to witness the impact of my nutrition and lifestyle change recommendations in patients' lives, with their improved health outcomes, continues to be my motivation.

Approach to care

I strive to have a compassionate, real world approach, while providing an understanding of food and nutrition science. It is a non-judgement zone with me. My desire is to assist you in reaching your desired health outcomes by setting realistic lifestyle goals. Throughout our sessions, I hope to boost your confidence in choosing foods and making healthy lifestyle changes to better your long-term health.

Your first session with Allison

Your first session will be a chance for us to get to know each other. I will start off with collecting additional information about your lifestyle, daily routines, hobbies, and how food fits into your everyday life. That will assist me with personalizing our approach to reaching your targets.

Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition degree from Florida State University

I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, trying new foods/ recipes, and event planning & decorating for friends and family
