About Allison
I'm Allison vonEschenbach, a registered dietitian who believes the right nutrition plan can be a powerful tool for improving and maintaining peak health. While I value a whole foods approach, I believe nutrition is most effective when it is personalized to an individual's needs, preferences, and beliefs. I take a client-centered approach to nutrition with a strong interest in gut health, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and general healthful eating, helping clients create sustainable strategies that truly fit their lives.
Approach to care
My approach to care is evidence-based and personalized to each individual. I value a whole-foods foundation while meeting each client where they are, honoring goals, preferences, and lived experience. Together, we will create practical, goal-oriented strategies that feel achievable and supportive of lasting health.
Your first session with Allison
Your first nutrition session is a collaborative conversation designed to understand you as a whole person, not just your diet. We will review your health history, current habits, and nutrition concerns. We will discuss your goals and how they can best fit your lifestyle, preferences, challenges, and beliefs. Then we will identify specific, measurable steps you can take to achieve these goals. You'll leave with clear next steps, initial recommendations, and a plan for ongoing support tailored to your needs.
