About Allison
Living with celiac disease taught me how overwhelming it can feel when food becomes a source of stress instead of nourishment. My own long journey toward diagnosis and healing showed me how frustrating and lonely it can be to navigate health on your own. I became a Registered Dietitian because I will never forget what it feels like to be a patient and I want to help others feel seen, supported, and understood.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and encouragement. I blend evidence based nutrition with a compassionate, individualized style that meets each person where they are. I work closely with clients managing food sensitivities, digestive issues, or anyone simply looking to feel better in their daily lives.
Your first session with Allison
My sessions are conversational, supportive, and judgment free giving you a space to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel heard. Together, we will focus on progress over perfection and create realistic habits that leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more confident. My goal is to help you feel empowered in your choices and at peace with your plate.
