About Ally
Hi! My name is Ally! I’m a registered dietitian with over 5 years experience, the majority of which has been spent at a Level One Trauma Center. I have worked with a variety of patient populations, including liver, kidney and heart transplant, cardiology, oncology, GI disorders, surgery, burn, rehab and more. I also have a special interest in sports nutrition having competed in division 1 running and continuing to compete in endurance athletics.
Approach to care
I take an individualized approach to care as I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to health. I want to take a collaborative approach to help patients create sustainable changes that will actually last. I will meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be!
Your first session with Ally
In our first session, I like to get to know you, your history, and your goals. I want to understand what you hope to accomplish while we work together and what, if anything, you’ve tried so far. I’m also interested in the “why” behind your goals and what you expect from me as your provider so we can create a plan that truly supports you.
