I hold a Masters' degree of Science in Nutrition, am a licensed Registered Dietitian (LRD), and am experienced in working with a diverse range of clients, including those managing conditions such as eating disorders, diabetes, or on nutrition support, as well as those looking to achieve general wellness and athletic performance goals.
Approach to care
With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to helping individuals improve their health through balanced eating, I empower clients to make informed dietary choices that align with their lifestyle, medical needs, and wellness goals.
Your first session with Ally
In your first session of nutrition therapy, you can expect a welcoming, informative, and collaborative experience. Basic medical history along with dietary habits and eating patterns will be explored. We will establish achievable health goals based on your lifestyle and motivations for seeking nutrition therapy. Based on the information gathered, you will be provided practical, personalized nutrition strategies to begin working on your goals.
