About Ally
Ally Rosen is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Personal Trainer in New York. She received her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from the University of California, Berkeley and her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Since then, she has gained experience in outpatient nutrition counseling. She has thorough experience working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, sports nutrition, nutrition for weight loss, diabetes management, and women's health, particularly PCOS and thyroid diseases.

Ally's approach is a holistic one that focuses on client goals and catering to a client's preferences and lifestyle. This way, her clients not only achieve their goals, but they seamlessly sustain them after working with her. No fad diets, no foods off limits, just real nutrition, personalized to you and your mental AND physical health.
Your first session with Ally
In your first session with Ally, you can expect to dive right in. She'll spend time thoroughly getting to know you, your concerns, and your goals. She'll listen and empathize, and make sure you feel heard, understood, and never judged. By the end of the session, you will have a plan with Ally and know exactly what you will be working on in the following sessions.
