About Alysia
I’m a registered dietitian and personal trainer who’s passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies without pressure, guilt, or perfection. I believe that nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful, that everyone deserves access to practical, balanced guidance that fits their real life. My approach is rooted in an inclusive, weight neutral philosophy that prioritizes well-being, confidence, and sustainable habits over rigid rules.
Approach to care
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, weight-inclusive lens. I focus on helping clients build a healthier relationship with food by exploring what truly works for their lifestyle, preferences, and values. Whether we’re talking through intuitive eating principles, building balanced meals, or finding gentle ways to incorporate movement, my goal is to make wellness approachable and empowering. I meet clients exactly where they are and support them in making small, meaningful changes that add up over time.
Your first session with Alysia
Your first session is all about getting to know you: your goals, routines, challenges, and what you hope to get out of working together. We’ll explore your relationship with food, how you feel day-to-day, and what areas you’d like support with. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that feels realistic, flexible, and aligned with your life. My priority is to make you feel heard, supported, and confident as we build habits that help you thrive in a way that feels good and sustainable.
