About Alyssa

I’m a registered dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with a passion for helping adults rebuild a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I specialize in eating disorders and women’s health, offering personalized 1:1 nutrition services that meet clients where they are. My path to becoming a dietitian was driven by a deep desire to support others in healing their relationship with food—something I’ve been through myself. My personal experience with fertility challenges also fuels my mission to help individuals and couples use the power of nutrition to support their reproductive health and achieve their dream of growing a family. Whether you’re navigating recovery, fertility, or simply looking to feel more confident in your body and food choices, I’m here to guide you with compassion and expertise

Approach to care

Nutrition is personal, and so is healing. I take a compassionate, individualized approach that honors your lived experiences and supports your goals—whether you’re working through an eating disorder, navigating your fertility journey, or both. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist with a background in women’s health, I offer a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach rooted in evidence-based care. My focus is on building trust with your body, fostering a peaceful relationship with food, and supporting your overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative space where your needs come first. We’ll focus on practical strategies, sustainable changes, and a deeper connection to your body’s wisdom—empowering you to care for yourself with confidence and clarity.

Your first session with Alyssa

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals so I can understand the full picture of your relationship with food and your body. This is a judgment-free space where you’re encouraged to share as much—or as little—as you feel comfortable. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully so we can begin building a plan that’s personalized, realistic, and aligned with your values. You won’t leave with a strict meal plan or a list of rules. Instead, you’ll walk away with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and next steps that support your journey—whether you’re working toward recovery, supporting fertility, or simply seeking more peace with food.
