About Alyssa
I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in prenatal and fertility nutrition, with a strong focus on PCOS, hormone balance, and ovulatory health. I work with women who are trying to conceive and want to support regular ovulation, improve cycle health, and optimize fertility through targeted, evidence-based nutrition. I am certified through the Early Life Nutrition Alliance (ELNA), with advanced education in fertility and prenatal-focused nutrition, metabolic health, and early-life foundations that influence reproductive outcomes.
Approach to care
My approach centers on addressing the root nutritional and metabolic factors that influence hormone balance, cycle regularity, and overall health. While my specialty is fertility and PCOS, I work holistically to support blood sugar balance, nutrient adequacy, inflammation reduction, and sustainable lifestyle habits for a wide range of health goals. I take a personalized, non-restrictive approach, recognizing that each client’s needs, history, and goals are unique. Nutrition plans are tailored to be practical, supportive, and aligned with your individual priorities.
Your first session with Alyssa
Your first session is a comprehensive, supportive overview of your health and goals. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, nutrition habits, lifestyle factors, and any relevant lab work if available. You’ll leave with clear next steps, foundational nutrition guidance, and an individualized roadmap of your personalized goals. My aim is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward.
