Alyssa is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher with a passion for helping clients fuel their bodies while achieve lasting health. With over 20 years of experience as a dancer, she knows firsthand how powerful nutrition is for performance, energy, and everyday well-being - especially when balancing a busy lifestyle. Alyssa specializes in sports and performance nutrition, weight management, women’s health, and more, she is here to help you make nutrition simple, sustainable, and effective.

We’ll explore your health history, your relationship with food, movement, and your body, and address any questions you may have. Together, we’ll uncover what motivates you, recognize your strengths, and visualize your long-term health goals - setting the foundation for a plan that truly works for you!
