About Alyssa

I’m a weight-inclusive, anti-diet dietitian who specializes in helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. My work often supports people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic under-fueling—especially those who identify as athletes or active individuals. I also have experience working with clients managing medical conditions who are tired of receiving nutrition advice that doesn’t consider their full life or their goals. Whether you're looking to repair your relationship with food, support your recovery, or fuel your activity in a way that feels sustainable, I’m here to help.

Approach to care

I bring a compassionate, individualized, and non-judgmental approach to nutrition care. My work is grounded in an anti-diet, weight-inclusive framework and informed by principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. I take time to understand your full story—your values, routines, goals, and barriers—and tailor support accordingly. Together, we’ll move away from rigid rules and toward a more flexible, trusting relationship with food and your body.

Your first session with Alyssa

Our first session is really a chance for us to get to know each other! I’ll ask questions to learn more about your relationship with food, your body, and movement, and we’ll talk through what’s been going on and what brought you here. There’s no need to prepare or have all the answers—we’ll go at your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I also like to make sure you leave that first session with something practical to work on, so you can start moving toward your goals right away—even if it’s just one small step.
