Your first session with Alyssa

Our first session will be a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we focus on you—your health, your goals, and your unique needs. We’ll take time to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and any concerns or challenges you’re facing. If you have recent lab work, feel free to upload it beforehand so we can review it together. This session is all about understanding where you are and where you want to be. From there, we’ll build a plan that feels both realistic and sustainable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward better health. I’m here to guide you, but you’re in the driver’s seat—this is your journey, and I’m excited to be part of it!
