About Alyssa
Alyssa Scotese has 5 years of experience working in outpatient nutrition counseling and education, and providing services by telehealth since 2020. After studying nutrition and psychology in her home state at Ohio University, Alyssa completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Centers in Nashville. Alyssa works with varying disease states and preventative health, and has continued training and experience with diabetes management and picky eating.

Alyssa takes pride in offering a holistic, mind-body approach to nutrition so that her patients can improve overall health and adopt sustainable, realistic changes. Alyssa enjoys building relationships with her patients and providing individualized nutrition versus a "one-size-fits-all" approach to nutrition.
