About Alyssa
Hi, I’m Alyssa, and I’ve been a registered dietitian for the past 15 years. I was drawn to this field after discovering how food can both fuel the body and support healing. Nutrition is where my inner science geek and foodie collide, bringing together everything I love about food and physiology. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of health concerns, with specialized experience in gastrointestinal conditions as well as nutrition for cancer prevention, treatment, and survivorship. My passion lies in helping people build sustainable nutrition habits and feel more confident and at ease with their everyday food choices.

My approach centers on supporting steady energy and overall well‑being through consistent, balanced nourishment. I emphasize both what you eat and how much, with the goal of helping you feel confident in fueling your body in ways that are flexible and sustainable. A key part of this process is increasing your self‑awareness around what proper nourishment feels like for your body, so you can feel nourished and grounded throughout the day. I also believe deeply that movement is medicine, and that intentionally moving our bodies can be a powerful part of feeling well.

This is a space for open, judgment‑free conversation, where you can share at your own pace.
