About Amanda
Hi! I'm Amanda, a dietitian with over 5 years of experience. Throughout my career, I've worn many hats, working in clinical settings, women's health, and with D1 athletes (Boiler Up!). My approach is all about meeting my clients where they are. I believe that those who desire change are already on the right path, and I'm here to guide and support them every step of the way.
Approach to care
You're in the driver's seat and I'm the white lines on the road that help keep you "on track." Whether you're an athlete, or someone dealing with PCOS, we will make goals together. After our calls, it is YOU who is doing the work. I'll be your cheerleader, and can meet you with education, support, and action steps during every meeting.
Your first session with Amanda
Iβll take the time to understand you, your goals, your past experiences with nutrition and healthcare professionals, and what you hope to achieve during our sessions together.
