About Amanda
Hi! Iām Amanda, a registered dietitian with over five years of experience in clinical nutrition, womenās health (PCOS), and fueling D1 athletes (Boiler Up!). My approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are, because if youāre here, youāre already on the right path. Whether youāre looking to break free from diet culture, optimize performance, discuss a new diagnosis, or just feel better in your body, Iām here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Approach to care
Youāre in the driverās seat, and Iām the white lines on the road, helping you stay on track. Together, weāll set goals that fit your lifestyle and needs. But after our calls, itās YOU doing the work. Iāll be your cheerleader, providing education, support, and actionable steps every step of the way.
Your first session with Amanda
In your first session, Iāll take the time to get to know you, your goals, past experiences with nutrition and healthcare, and what you hope to achieve. Iāll be doing a lot of listening so I can fully understand your unique needs and create a plan that works for you. My client-centered approach ensures that the focus is on what matters most to you. Together, weāll create a realistic and sustainable plan with support, education, and actionable steps along the way.
