About Amanda

Hi! I’m Amanda, a registered dietitian with over five years of experience. I have diverse experience in my field, working with renal nutrition, women’s health (PCOS), and fueling D1 athletes (Boiler Up!). I'm currently a renal RD at Fresenius Kidney Care, where I work with patients who have End Stage Renal Disease. No matter what demographic I'm working with, my approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are, because if you’re browsing dietitian profiles online, you’ve already made the first step. :) Congrats! Whether you’re looking to slow the progression of kidney disease, discuss a new diagnosis, or just want to feel better in your body, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way!

Approach to care

I like to say my clients and I are on a road trip together. During our meetings I "drive the car," but in-between our meetings, you’re in the driver’s seat! My goal is to give you the right tools to feel confident enough to take the steering wheel and eventually put everything on cruise control.

Your first session with Amanda

In your first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you, your goals, past experiences with nutrition and healthcare, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll be doing a lot of listening so I can fully understand your unique needs and create a plan that works for you. My client-centered approach ensures that the focus is on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll create a realistic and sustainable plan with support, education, and actionable steps that will get you to where you want to be.
