About Amanda
Hi everyone! Iām a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals achieve sustainable weight loss and improve their heart health through realistic, evidence-based nutrition strategies. Since becoming an RD in 2019, Iāve had the opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the role nutrition plays across the continuum of care. My interest in healthy eating and fitness began at a young age, and Iāve maintained that passion throughout my life. Like many of my patients, Iāve faced my own challenges with weight, which has only deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to creating personalized, judgment-free plans that truly work in the real world. Whether you're just starting your health journey or looking to fine-tune your habits, Iām here to support you every step of the way with practical guidance, encouragement, and a focus on long-term success.

In our first session, weāll take the time to get to know each other and talk through your health goals, lifestyle, and any challenges youāve been facing. Iāll ask about your medical history, eating habits, daily routine, and anything else that helps me understand the full picture. From there, weāll start building a personalized plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clear idea of your next steps that will bring you closer to meeting your goals. Weāll move at your pace, and thereās always room for questions and conversation!
