About Amanda
Hi, I'm Manda! I'm a registered dietitian from Pittsburgh, PA. I'm here to help you navigate the overwhelm of trying to eat well while managing everything else life throws at you. If you're tired of restrictive diets that don't fit into your real life, or you're frustrated by advice that ignores how busy your days actually are, we're probably a good match.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative and practical. We'll work together to identify realistic changes that support your health goals without adding more stress to your life. I focus on helping you understand how food affects how you feel, your energy, your mood, your overall wellbeing, and not just your weight.
Your first session with Amanda
In our first session, we'll start by talking about what brought you here and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll ask about your current eating patterns, your schedule, your health concerns, and what you've tried in the past (what worked and what didn't). We'll talk about your relationship with food, any symptoms you're experiencing, and what success looks like for you beyond just weight. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we'll work together and some initial, manageable steps to start with. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and like you have a partner in this process.
