About Amanda
I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years. I have worked with the WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program for years in clinics, a regional position, and at the state level. I have provided Medical Nutrition Therapy in hospitals, rehabs, and community clinics.
Approach to care
In order to make lasting change we must find our motivation and utilize a support system to achieve our goals. Individualized care is key. I will provide encouragement, praise, and evidence-based information. We all need support and assistance from someone who cares about their well-being.
Your first session with Amanda
We will discuss your typical routine, food preferences, and activity likes and dislikes. You will set a realistic attainable goal. I will provide individualized suggestions for healthy lifestyle changes as you desire. We will develop a follow up plan.
