Your first session with Amanda

My goal for our first session is to create a safe and trusting environment where we can get to know each other better. We will discuss your medical history, daily habits, current food intake, and anything else you would like to share! I take an empathetic and patient centered approach meaning I want to meet you where you are. We will work together to break down goals into manageable steps to make sustainable changes. You can feel reassured that I am committed to empowering you in your journey and will be alongside as guidance and support to help you succeed in your goals! :)
