About Amanda
I am a registered dietitian currently residing in the central Florida area. I have worked in a variety of settings including Dialysis, Hospitals, Outpatient Bariatrics, and Clinical weight loss. I have experience providing nutrition counseling to various populations.
Approach to care
I provide my clients with client-centered counseling in a non judgmental environment. I focus on medical nutrition therapy, teach mindful eating, and practice motivational interviewing to assist my clients in achieving their goal and improving their health.
Your first session with Amanda
In our first session together we will review your medical and nutrition history as well as your current nutritional status. We will discuss your reasons for nutrition counseling. We will review your personal health and nutrition goals and work together to set realistic and attainable goals to work towards.
