“In our first session Amanda really listened to me, gave me simple (ie doable) suggestions, and was really encouraging of my health goals. I left our session feeling empowered and better educated.“

About Amanda
With experience as a diabetic educator in an outpatient setting and in long-term care, I have worked with patients across various ages and nutrition-related disorders. I focus on evaluating all aspects of my clients’ lifestyles- diet patterns, water intake, physical activity, sleep habits and stress levels. Meeting my clients where they are at is essential in order for their success. At the end of our session, we will work together to set small, achievable goals to foster progress and motivation. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to make sustainable changes that enhance their overall well-being and lives!
Approach to care
My approach to care is patient-centered and individualized. My recommendations are based off of a combination between evidenced based research, holistic health approaches and experience. I strive to create a fun, approachable and interactive learning environment for my clients in order for them to achieve their best results!
