I’m Amanda Maltese, a Registered Dietitian and certified personal trainer. I help people feel better in their bodies without extreme diets or all-or-nothing rules. With a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, I combine evidence-based nutrition with realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into your everyday life. I’m passionate about helping clients build long-term habits, improve their relationship with food, and feel confident in their health choices. I take a compassionate, judgment-free approach and meet you where you are — whether your goal is improving digestion, balancing hormones, managing weight, or simply feeling more energized and in control of your health. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients create meaningful, lasting change by focusing on the full picture: nutrition, movement, mindset, and overall well-being.

Your first session with Amanda

Most importantly, we'll discuss your goals – what you hope to achieve through nutrition counseling. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that outlines actionable steps and strategies to help you reach those goals, empowering you to make sustainable and positive changes.
