About Amanda
20+ years in the nutrition field, I started this journey as a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University and have spent much of my career as a weight management Specialist, Sports Dietitian, and Diabetes Education Specialist. Most of my life was spent in Hawaii, but I am from Pennsylvania. Now living busy mom life with 2 young boys and managing a career I love.
Approach to care
Changing peopleās lives by making them feel the best they can; bringing people to bring out their best and achieve their goals daily. Life is short⦠feel good today by taking that first step towards "your best" health. Everyone is at a different stage of their life and I try assess what stage of change they may be at so we know what kind of goals and can be set at our sessions.
