About Amanda
Hi, Iām Amanda! Iām a clinical dietitian whoās passionate about helping people feel their best through personalized nutrition support. I specialize in gut health, womenās health, bariatrics, GERD/acid reflux, gastroparesis, and other gastrointestinal conditions.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in connection and collaboration. I take time to listen, communicate clearly, and tailor care to each personās unique goals and lifestyle. I help my patients build realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health and lasting, positive change.
Your first session with Amanda
Our first session is all about getting to know each other and laying the foundation for our work together. Weāll talk about your goals, expectations, and what youāre hoping to get out of nutrition counseling. Iāll also ask about your daily routine, eating habits, medical history, and any other factors that might impact your nutrition and health. This is a judgment-free space, and the pace will always be guided by your comfort and readiness.
