Patient reviews
βAmanda has been amazing to work with. I have tried other programs in the past and none really stuck. The plan that Amanda has helped me build feels totally sustainable. I have already hit some of my goals and looking forward to hitting more. I would highly recommend setting up a session with her. β

About Amanda
My name is Amanda and I am a Registered Dietitian. I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings including acute (hospital), outpatient, and community settings. I am well versed in many areas but have a special interest in bariatric surgery, weight loss, and diabetes. It brings me joy to be able to share my nutrition knowledge to help improve the lives of others.
Approach to care
My approach to care begins with creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients. From there, each person is provided with a personalized experience as everyone has their own unique health and nutrition journey. I believe in meeting people where they are, and I believe that taking small steps can lead to life-long habits!
Your first session with Amanda
You can expect your first session to feel like a conversation with a friend. We will spend time discussing your health and nutrition history as well as your nutrition goals. This will help me have a better understanding of the whole picture and how I can best help you. At the end of your appointment, we will spend time setting realistic and achievable goals together!
