About Amanda
Hi, I'm Amanda. I have 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. I translate nutrition into everyday language and stay curious about how food fits your life. When I'm not working, I love the beach, trying new recipes for my family, neighborhood walks and watching college football in the fall.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition care should be personalized and sustainable. I take a client-centered, evidence-based approach that meets individuals where they are and support realistic long-term habits. My goal is to help clients build confidence with food and make nutrition fit their lives.
Your first session with Amanda
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and current routines, talk through short term goals, and begin to build a simple plan that fits your life. This is a low pressure, collaborative conversation, not a test. You don't need to have everything figured out yet; I'll guide us with questions and listening. By the end, we'll identify 1 to 2 realistic steps to start and set a time to check in on progress.
