  • Amanda was so helpful in my postpartum weight loss journey! She coached me through intuitive eating with a very realistic and easy to follow approach. She helped me decrease the noise I saw om social media and focus on small habits that made a massive difference. I lost close to 20lbs. Thanks Amanda! I will be calling you after baby #2 :)

  • Amanda is an incredible nutritionist. She is thoughtful, truly listens, and brings so much knowledge to every session. I really appreciate how she explains the science behind why she recommends certain exercises, meals, snacks, or substitutions- it makes everything feel approachable and empowering. Most of all, Amanda meets me exactly where I am. As a working mom with a hectic schedule, understanding and flexibility means everything. She truly gets it, and I’m so grateful for her support.

  • Amanda is absolutely lovely to work with! She really brings a fresh perspective to nutrition that I have never recieved. Her methods don’t include fad diets or strict control over what to eat but provides a framework of macro standards and how to achieve it through natural whole foods. In addition to food, she has provided invaluable guidance on lifestyle (alcohol for me), sleep, and orher habit forming practices. I have gotten way more our of our seasions that I expected. Highly recommended!

About Amanda

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience. I’ve worked in clinical hospital settings and in community health, which have given me a practical, real-world view of how nutrition shows up in everyday life. Through this, my passion has evolved toward education and one-on-one counseling. I love helping people develop a healthy relationship with food, manage their weight, and build sustainable lifestyle habits. As a busy mom of two, I understand how challenging it can be to find time for nutrition and self-care. I enjoy discussing meal planning, sharing recipes, and supporting clients in creating balanced, realistic eating habits—without restrictive diets. My goal is to empower you to reach your wellness goals through practical, sustainable changes.

Approach to care

I take an individualized, client-centered approach that emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and intuitive eating. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition—each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with food, movement, and overall wellness to create realistic, sustainable goals—without restrictive diets or giving up the foods you love.

Your first session with Amanda

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your past and present experiences with food and nutrition, as well as your lifestyle and daily routines. We’ll review your long-term goals and I’ll help you translate those goals into simple steps you can start today, to help support lasting, sustainable changes and improved overall health. No pressure, no judgment — just a collaborative conversation to set a gentle path forward.
